Terms of Service

L'atelier IA Social Publishing — Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms govern L'atelier IA's web-based social publishing service and its connections to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other supported platforms. They do not replace the separate end-user terms for the Wasted mobile application.

1. Service

The service allows authorized users to connect social accounts, prepare media and text, schedule content, and request publication through supported third-party platform APIs. Features depend on the permissions, limits, review status, and availability of each platform.

2. Eligibility and authority

Users must be legally able to accept these terms and must meet each connected platform's age and account requirements. A user may connect or publish to an account only when authorized to manage that account and its content.

3. Connected platforms

Use of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, community guidelines, and technical restrictions. L'atelier IA is not endorsed by those platforms. Platform access may be limited, suspended, reviewed, or withdrawn by the platform.

4. Account authorization

Users connect accounts through the platform's OAuth authorization process and choose the permissions granted. Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts and for revoking access when it is no longer wanted. L'atelier IA will not ask for a user's social-platform password.

5. User content

Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, the user grants L'atelier IA the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, schedule, and publish that content as requested. The user confirms that the content and its publication do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, advertising, or other applicable rights and rules.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity; to evade platform safeguards; to impersonate others; or to distribute spam. Users must accurately disclose branded, sponsored, synthetic, or AI-generated content when required.

7. Publishing behavior

Scheduling does not guarantee publication at an exact time. A publication may fail or be delayed because of connectivity, expired authorization, media requirements, rate limits, moderation, platform review, or third-party outages. TikTok may restrict content posted by an unaudited API client to private visibility.

8. Suspension and termination

A user may stop using the service and disconnect channels at any time. L'atelier IA may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate abuse, or maintain service security. Provisions concerning content rights, responsibility, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where applicable.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, L'atelier IA disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, approval by a social platform, audience reach, monetization, or a particular publishing result.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, L'atelier IA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform decisions, account restrictions, failed or delayed posts, user content, or third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service or platform requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
